ROYCE PROUD Am pretty sure this was a concern about 10 years ago from pri­mary pro­duc­ers and the min­ing com­pa­nies stated the op­er­a­tions they had in plans for the fu­ture would not affect the wa­ter ta­ble, but may be min­i­mal us­age for a few op­er­a­tions...

I hope the Par­lia­ment is feel­ing happy with them­selves now. Giv­ing power of en­try to these com­pa­nies to en­ter land and do as they please.

Yes, the sur­face may be fine, but what they have done un­der the sur­face is the is­sue and not mon­i­tored cor­rectly or swept un­der the rug.
