Mince again

IN MAY I pub­lished a recipe that was a mince with 10 veg­eta­bles. It made a lovely din­ner that night and ex­tra that I froze. I re­cently pulled out the frozen left­overs, placed it cold into taco boats, added mashed pota­toes and grated cheese and cooked it in the air fryer as mini shep­herd’s pies. If bak­ing in the oven – 180 de­grees for 25 min­utes. Air fryer – 200 de­grees for 10 min­utes.
