1. Tuffy ap­pear­ing Fri­day night only

TUFFY is a lo­cal Queens­land leg­end with a unique solo act that al­ways starts a party. He’ll be per­form­ing at Royal on 99 for one gig only.

2. Mu­sic Fest 2019

GET ready to have your senses de­lighted with an af­ter­noon of mu­sic.

Fea­tur­ing in­stru­men­tal mu­sic stu­dents from Roma, In­june, Su­rat, Wal­lum­billa, Mitchell and Yuleba schools plus the Mara­noa Mu­sic Com­mu­nity Bands. It is a free event.

3. Adults and Kids Monthly Come and Tri Duathlon

FOL­LOW­ING the suc­cess of the kids come and tri duathlon last month, there will be an­other tri duathlon train­ing ses­sion for kids and adults.

Adults meet at 6.30am for a 6.45am start. Chil­dren (13-15) start 7.30am. Chil­dren (7-12) meet at 8am for 8.15am start.

Where: The Big Rig (meet over the train bridge where Parkrun starts)

4. Stitch in the Shade – Let’s Get Fes­tive

STITCH in the Shade is back for an­other day of stitch­ing, chat­ting and re­lax­ing.

Join in the fun and stitch a Christ­mas wreath with rib­bon em­broi­dery and bead­ing.

$20 per per­son (full kit in­cluded). Where: Moore­lands Bush Nurs­ery When: Satur­day, 9am-noon

5. Kid’s BARS taster ses­sions

HAVE you wanted to try BARS with your kids and teenagers? Be­cause there will be a pop up Kid’s BARS taster ses­sions this Sun­day.

The BARS are a fan­tas­tic way to cre­ate change any area that is in­hibit­ing a child’s growth and hap­pi­ness. The BARS points will un­lock ar­eas of a child’s life that are cre­at­ing dishar­mony which can as­sist them in reach­ing their po­ten­tial at school and home.

A ses­sion can dis­solve lim­i­ta­tions and judg­ments that kids hold onto, cre­at­ing a sense of ease and pos­si­bil­ity.

Sound like some­thing you want to try? Bring the kid­dies along Sun­day for a trial ses­sion. These ses­sions will be 20 min­utes at $20 each.
