Fine wine and plenty to dine

The Western Star - - News -

EIGHTY people snatched up tickets to Apex Roma's inaugural Fine Wine and Dine, which packed out the old Roma Butter Factory on Saturday. From the proceeds raised on the night, Apex was able to make a $1000 donation to the Roma Historical Precinct, who helped co-host the event, Apex president Tyson Campbell said. “I’m very thankful to the members of the community who turned up for the night,” Mr Campbell said.

“The event made it possible to donate to the RHPI who have great plans with the butter factory and for Roma’s history. “The $2400 that is left over will be used in community projects.”

The wines were from Riversands Wines in St George, with catering done by Sue Alms of SEA Catering.
