SEVEN’S reality cooking competition My Kitchen Rules returns after the Commonwealth Games with an explosive week.

In the biggest scandal to rock the show so far, one of the remaining eight teams will be excused from the dinner table by co-host Manu Feildel.

As preview footage shows, producers tell mums Kim and Suong to hold off on serving a dish as an argument ensues between their dinner guests.

Manu says of the blow-up: “One team went too far”.
