What is the Bottled Lightning Co.?

The Bottled Lightning Co. is a collective of Sydneysiders who enjoy good beer and good times

Once a month, Bottled Lightning Co. get together with Sydney’s best craft brewers to celebrate, appreciate and sometimes pontificate over locally-brewed beers. Their constituents are a friendly band of local brewers, craftspeople and beer lovers, bonded by a healthy respect for the community, atmosphere and hoppy, frothy products of Sydney’s craft beer scene.

With a seemingly simple mission – “to connect Sydneysiders with the craft beer community, to drink better beer, and to have an awesome time doing it” – they’re working to develop better ways of consuming, sharing and celebrating locally brewed craft beer.

Partnered with five of Sydney’s most innovative brewers (Batch, Riverside, Rocks, Young Henrys and 4 Pines), Bottled Lightning Co. stage monthly events for their members, where regulars and newcomers can hang out, have fun, meet local brewers, discover local beers, and maybe learn a thing or two.

Annual membership costs just $49, and gets you: exclusive monthly invitations to Bottled Lightning Co. events; access to complimentary beer every Wednesday at the Bottled Lightning Co. Clubhouse; opportunities to collaborate on commercial brews with our partner breweries; plus a limited-run membership pack when you join.
