Another day, another new coupe crossover. Except the Taigo isn’t technically an all-new car, more a rebadged ‘Nivus’, as it’s called in South America. It feels a very half-hearted effort, too: VW expects it to sell based on its looks but there are more eye-catching options out there, while the interior feels a little cheap and uninspired. The driving experience isn’t on the same level as something like the Ford Puma, either – we know where we’d spend our money.
