Dagoth Conan The Destroyer (1984)

Arnie’s man-mountain barbarian is confronted by the demonic Dagoth – a weird frog/lizard/rhino thing played by André the Giant in a dodgy monster suit. With help from Grace Jones, Conan narrowly avoids a head-squishing, before pulling out the demon’s horn and skewering him with his giant sword. Arnie says “Gaaahhhyyaaaarrrrgggghhh!”

The Predator Predator (1987)

In a remote jungle, Arnie’s elite Special Forces soldier finally takes on the dreadlocked extraterrestrial hunter who’s tracked down and killed the rest of his unit – luring the creature into an expertly fashioned trap before crushing it with a tree trunk. Arnie says “Come on! Kill me! I’m here! Come on! DO IT NOW!”

An Alligator Eraser (1996)

Attempting to escape an ambush at the New York City Zoo, Arnie’s US Marshal and his protected witness are set upon by an angry (and amusingly CGed) alligator. The beast puts up a good fight, before Schwarzenegger grabs his gun and shoots it in the mouth. Arnie says “You’re luggage.”

Satan End Of Days (1999)

Arnie’s alcoholic ex-cop tussles with the devil (Gabriel Byrne) in his own apartment. A super-strong Satan throws him out of the window but, clinging onto the ledge, he manages to get the upper hand and sends the antichrist falling onto a car below. Arnie says “Fuck... you!”

Himself The 6th Day (2000)

Illegally cloned by shady organisation Replacement Technologies, Arnie embarks on a quest for revenge. Finally coming face-to-face with his own confused doppelgänger, who threatens to blow his mission by calling the cops, he subdues him with a swift right-hander.. Arnie says “That’s for sleeping with my wife…”
