“How the fuck did this happen?” demands Michael Moore at the outset of his latest doc – and he’s not only referring to Donald Trump. Targeting the woeful state of present-day America, Moore’s polemic goes on too long and tries to cram in way too much. Still, the director’s as feisty as ever and plenty of his points hit home, especially when he tackles the water-pollution crisis in his native Flint, Michigan.
