I’ve recently been watching the post-apocalyptic likes of the Mad
Max movies and The Domestics.
They made me think – if gasoline is so rare in these scenarios, why is the mode of transport normally a muscle car, which does 10 miles per gallon? Is it because even in a barren wasteland, looking good in a V8 Interceptor is better than doing 70mpg in a self-recharging Prius hybrid? DEV ORTON, LEEDS
