Co-written/directed by Małgorzata Szumowska and Michel Englert, this atmospheric and darkly amusing fable unfolds in a Polish gated community, whose wealthy residents are captivated by the work of a young visiting Ukrainian masseur Zhenia (Alec Utgoff). Could it be that his seemingly innocent outsider has magical powers to heal bodies and minds? Structured as a series of vignettes, interspersed with stylised flashbacks and dream sequences set in a mysterious forest, Never Gonna Snow Again offers visual flair and social commentary while remaining oddly inconclusive.
