If you catch yourself making a mistake, stop and correct yourself. Don’t keep making the mistake or you’ll struggle to ‘unlearn’ it.

C Practise without looking at your hands

Sure, you’ll need to look at your hands at times, but playing without looking is a good test of just how well you’ve learned a piece of music.
