A12-string jumbo, the H1270 was an early studio star for the Stones. Besides recording Tell me( you’ re coming back) with it, Richards used it on the likes of Not fade away, Good times, bad times and Play with fire. In 2004, Richards’ H1270 was sold at auction for $33,460, but if you scour the internet you could pick up a vintage 60s model with an aftermarket L.R. Baggs pickup for 600-odd bucks.
