A LUXURY goods website that includes edible chocolate skulls for $ US350 among its wares has opened its share offer ahead of listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. New Yorkbased AHAlife is described as a technology business that operates a global- curated luxury marketplace. It connects “discerning” clients with more than 2500 premium brands from around the world. The company makes money from transactions without owning goods. AHAlife is seeking to raise at least $ 19.9 million through the issue of shares in ASXlisted INT Corporation, with which AHAlife intends to merge.
