Kokoda pool will stay open

THE facility manager of Kokoda Memorial Pool is reassuring the community the pool will remain open this summer.

Sya Turbett was responding to rumours, including in a letter to the editor, that the pool would be closed during summer.

“I want to reassure the community the pool will be open during the summer,” she said.

The pool is open from 6am- 8pm Monday to Thursday, 6am- 6.30pm Friday, 7am- 5pm on Saturday and 7am- 4pm on Sunday.
