Sergeant back at work after probe
A POLICE sergeant from the Northern Region has returned to work more than a year after allegations of misconduct were levelled against them.
The Queensland Police Service said the sergeant was stood down from official duty on November 23 last year. The officer was the subject of an investigation regarding allegations of misconduct.
The relevant criminal and discipline proceedings have since been finalised and the stand down order revoked.
The sergeant has been returned to duty. active
