Laneway good as gold

OUTSTANDING results from drilling at Laneway Resources’ proposed Agate Creek gold project are a significant milestone for the company.

The company’s drilling found numerous and consistent high-grade intersections of gold, with several exceeding 100g per tonne. Executive chairman Stephen Bizzell said the results were particularly pleasing and highlighted the potential of the project.

“With the company await- ing the expected near-term granting of the mining lease and with all other key components in place to begin commercial extraction, we anticipate a strong year for Laneway,” he said.

“The company anticipates the Agate Creek high-grade mining venture will establish a robust financial platform to progress its considerable asset portfolio.”

The project is about 40km south of Forsayth.
