Big Bang Theory far less credible than creation

-

IN response to M Warren ( TB 2/7), may I state the following: While I agree that Israel Folau’s statements have been very confronting, they are no more confronting than your description of Biblical records as rubbish.

I would like to ask M Warren if he/she believes in the Big Bang Theory?

If so, then he or she must be rather more gullible than anybody who believes in creation.

Big Bang theorists believe that “something” blew up randomly millions of years ago and that, out of this massive explosion, the universe was randomly formed.

Whereas Divinity believers are of the opinion that there has to be a creating force, God or a deity as such, behind the making of the intricate and wondrous universe that we find ourselves in.

If the bang theory is correct can some well informed atheist please tell me what banged and who banged it?

The answer of course is: “We do not know and cannot confirm.”

Personally I think that the creation theory has much more substance and believability than the random big bang.

Charles Darwin himself refuted his evolution theory before he died but science refused to accept his rebuttal as the books had already been written and the “science” of evolution accepted by the academics.

It is much more logical to believe in a controlling force producing the universe than it is to accept a random development.

Consider the fact that all the elements to make a Rolls-royce have been in the ground since creation, but it took the intelligence of created, Godinspired man to develop and build it. It didn’t

“evolve” of its own accord.

Further, the works of Jesus of Nazareth are recorded in ancient records of both the Roman Empire and the Jewish people.

If you choose to regard these records as rubbish that is your prerogative, but then you may as well class all of our Western society history as rubbish as well.

Faith and belief in a sovereign God comes from a deep consideration and study of the ancient chronicles, many of which were written by men of much more intelligence and dedication than you or I. Many of these chronicles have been collated in the Bible.
