SUPER-EASY SMOKY CREAMED CORN

SERVES 4. PREP 5 MINS. COOK 10 MINS

INGREDIENT­S

• 500g frozen corn kernels

• 1 garlic clove, crushed ed

• 300ml cooking cream am

• 2 tbsp chopped fresh sh flat-leaf parsley leaves es

• ¼ cup grated parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese

• ½ tsp smoked paprika

METHOD

1 Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add frozen corn. Cook, stirring occasional­ly, ccasionall­y for 4 to 5 minutes min or until corn is charred and just tender. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. fragra

2 Reduce Redu heat to medium. Add cream. Cook, stirring, st for 1 minute or until u cream is heated through. Remove from heat. Season well with salt and a pepper. Stir in the th chopped parsley. 3 Transfer T to a serving bowl. bowl Sprinkle with grated cheese ch and paprika.
