THE nightmare end to the Dragons’ season has continued with forward Josh Mcguire facing up to six weeks on the sideline to kick off the 2022 season.

Mcguire was charged twice for two separate careless high tackles in the Dragons’ 20-16 loss to Souths on Saturday.

The first, in the 17th minute on Tevita Tatola, will see him miss one week with the early plea and two if found guilty at the panel. The second, which saw him sent to the sin bin, was deemed a grade two careless high tackle and carries three games with an early plea.
