MAGGIE HOLIDAY FOR $1

- ANDRE GRIMAUX

THE Hinks family knows Magnetic Island’s secret spots better than most. Adam and Steph have lived on Maggie since they were teenagers and now run Aquascene, an awardwining local business renowned for tours to secluded parts of the island.

They know the best hidden beaches and bays, where to snorkel and where the local wildlife live.

Aquascene was recently named in Tripadvisor’s Travellers Choice Best of the Best Awards for 2021.

The family-run operation was listed alongside a zip-line tour in Colorado Springs and a hang-gliding experience above Rio de Janeiro. Tourism and Events Queensland and News Corp’s Queensland mastheads are celebrating local holiday experiences such as Aquascene throughout the “20 Days of Holidays Like This” campaign.

A new hot offer – 100 Magnetic Island Discovery Tours with Aquascene for just $1 each – can be purchased from 9am on Tuesday until sold out, at queensland.com/ holidayslikethis.
