MELON & PROSCIUTTO CROSTINI WITH GORGONZOLA

SERVES 6. PREP 15 MINS INGREDIENT­S

• 6 large slices crusty bread, halved crossways, toasted

• 150g gorgonzola, thinly sliced

• 12 slices prosciutto, torn

• 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, seeded, cut into 12 wedges

METHOD

1 Arrange bread on a serving platter. 2 Top with gorgonzola, prosciutto and rockmelon.
