It’s drone and dusted

-

US troops stationed at RAF bases in the UK are using breakthrough technology that can electronically take command of an enemy drone and turn it back on itself.

The “Ninja” system (“negation of improvised non-state joint aerial-threats”) overrides the hostile drone’s command system and takes control of it.

Ninja can identify targets more than 6km away. When the target gets closer – about 3km – it can force it to another location or back to its base.

Developed by the US Air Force Research Laboratory, it is deployed at RAF bases in the UK where US troops are temporarily stationed.
