Coast Constructions’ stunning resortstyle creation for their Windermere House project deservingly won the team Best Residential Bathroom.

The award recognises not only its quality fixture and fitting selections, but also the excellent workmanship of the team who brought these rooms to life.

Reef Coast Constructions co-owner Rob Rule said both bathrooms had “that luxury resort feel”.

“Floor to ceiling tiles with mitred corners show the high level workmanship of the most important trade in a bathroom,” he said.

“The selection of round progressive wall mixers to the shower and vanities, in wall concealed cistern toilet suites, channel floor grates in the showers along with the stone bathtub to the bathroom all combine with the custom wall-hung vanities to create the lux feeling of these rooms.”

Rob said bathrooms were a very complex part of any custom new home build.

“There are more trades involved in the construction of the bathrooms than any other room in the home and the most fixtures and fittings are required to finish off the room,” he said.

“It is a part of the home that can make it or break it.”

Rob said he was extremely proud of the team’s efforts to produce the rooms.

“With our specialist trades and dedication to the highest standards of workmanship, we provided our owner with bathrooms they can be proud of for years to come,” he said.

“The resort-style bathrooms in this home have shown what intelligent design, beautiful fixtures and finishes, and the highest levels of craftsmanship can deliver.”
