The team at Proview Homes has been applauded for three stunning projects this year, taking home five awards including the coveted President’s Award for Belvedere Residence.

Proview Homes director John Plozza said it was a lovely compliment to be recognised as a forefront builder in North Queensland.

“Winning five Master Builders Awards this year certainly was a shock as we know that there are a lot of members that carry out fantastic work in Townsville,” John said.

“We are extremely grateful for Master Builders, especially with the recent times, we are confronted with a shortage of trades and materials and ever rising price increases. It’s great that we know Master Builders are supporting small regional businesses.”

John said winning the President’s Award was “a huge accomplishment”.

“The President’s Award is one that demonstrates consistency in quality and design in comparison to costs associated with the build,” he said.

“Incorporating features from our current Display Home in Elliot Springs, The Miraz, the Belvedere Residence showcases that ‘Display Home standard’ features are not reserved for homes only within higher price categories.”

Belvedere Residence also won best Individual Home from $250,000 up to $350,000.

“We were simply delighted to have this beautiful home win an individual housing award,” John said.

“The home belongs to Erin and her financee Ashley, and Erin plays a pivotal role within our business, so it makes this award especially rewarding.”

The panel of judges were pleased to see great use of space and even a separate media room and felt that the home achieved excellent value for money.

“With raked ceilings, an open plan living area and thoughtful layout, this home is light and airy,” the judges said.

This beautiful home consists of three bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk-inrobe and a separate media room.

The facade showcases an aluminium privacy screen and flows to the wide entry which leads you down to the living area with a glorious raked ceiling.

Added features also include a mud drop area off the garage, walk-in linen cupboard and the kitchen is perfectly styled with Terrazzo tiles to splash back and stone benchtops.

The client chose white plumbing accessories which adds to the style and sophistication of this great family home.
