Data for nearly half of Queensland’s LGAS is unavailable, but the picture is clear: the state is trailing in both first and second dosage rates. It’s not doing much better in getting jabs into older people, either. Queensland is five percentage points below the national average for doses administered to the over-50s. On current speed, it will be one of the last states to reach the 80 per cent full vaccination target.
