EASY PORK SLIDERS

SERVES 12. PREP 10 MINS. COOK 15 MINS

INGREDIENT­S

• 500g pork mince

• 2 cloves garlic, crushed

• 1 tbsp grated ginger

• 2 tsp lemongrass paste

• 3 tsp sweet chilli sauce, plus extra to serve

• 2 spring onions, finely chopped • ¼ cup finely chopped mint, plus extra leaves, to serve

• 350g ‘kaleslaw’, with seeds and dressing from pack

• 12 slider buns, split

• Lime wedges, to serve

METHOD

1 Combine pork mince, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, chilli sauce, spring onion and mint in a large bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. 2 Shape 4 tablespoon­fuls of mixture into patties (makes 12). Spray a large chargrill or non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium high heat. Cook patties, in batches, for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through. 3 Combine slaw with seeds and half the dressing. Divide slaw between buns. Top with patties.

4 Serve with extra mint, chilli sauce, remaining dressing and lime wedges.
