THE togetherness and companionship that come from taking tea with loved ones will be harnessed in the fight against cancer.

Fifty-five people are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer every day in Australia this year.

During the month of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Tea Centre will support the Mcgrath Foundation with a quirky campaign, which is called Raise Your Pink-y campaign.

The Tea Centre located in Stockland Shopping Centre will donate $2 from every pink-sleeved tea item sold to the bright pink charity.

The Tea Centre’s bestselling loose leaf teas, including Stockholm Blend, French Earl Grey, Tea For Sunday, English Breakfast, and The Beautifully Black wooden tea box will be encased in pink sleeves.
