CLUB DOMINATES GRAND DAY
THE pride of Mundingburra will have plenty to cheer about this weekend.
MA Olympic proved themselves as the powerhouse club of Football Queensland North this season with teams in all but one of the senior grand finals this weekend.
The only grade they will not fight for the title in, Men’s Second Division, they bowed out of in a thrilling 1-0 preliminary final loss to Rebels last weekend.
Olympic will feature in all four grand finals on the Townsville Bulletin exclusive livestream today starting with their Youth side at 11.30am.
Olympic head coach Paul Roncato said it was an honour to flood the grand finals with the maroon and blue.
“To get every other side into the grand final, my God it is something a club can be proud of. It is an absolute privilege and honour to be part of such a successful football club,” he said.
