In response to Phil Mount Louisa re juvenile crime in Townsville there is a possibility of a class action by victims of crime against the State Government. Of course it should be against the current elected members of the Labour movement including their appointed Judges who collectively are personally responsible for the illegal criminal activity being perpetrated against the innocent people of Townsville. Is there someone out there who will lead the charge & co-ordinate a victims of crime response. No win no pay lawyers would be interested in a class action- plenty of victims would be interested in justice.
