ENGINES FIRED UP

-

THE Supercars season will finally restart at Sydney Motorsport Park next week as drivers prepare for four straight weekends of racing before the Bathurst 1000 at Mount Panorama on November 30.

Each weekend’s racing will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park, with three of the events run under lights.

It is the first time drivers will hit the track since the dominant performance of Shane van Gisbergen on the streets of Townsville during a double header in July.

Van Gisbergen won three out of five races at Reid Park with Monster Energy’s Cameron Waters winning the other two.
