Break-in thwarted
THREE teenage boys are assisting police after an attempted break-in at a Townsville school in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to Kirwan State Primary School at 2.45am after reports of three people trying to enter the music room on the campus.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said two juveniles were taken into custody, with the incident now being investigated as a trespass and obstruct police matter, rather than a break-in.
