JETSTAR TICKETS FLYING OUT THE DOOR

- DUNCAN MURRAY

JETSTAR is celebrating 18 years in the skies with another round of cheap tickets.

More than 400,000 tickets are available for destinations including Aussie favourites Bali, Phuket, Hawaii, Vietnam, Japan and Seoul.

All of the fares include a free return flight but do not cover the price of checked baggage.

The cheapest domestic route is Melbourne to Sydney from $69, while flying return to Bali from Darwin will set travellers back just $199.

The priciest flight is Sydney to Incheon Airport in Seoul, South Korea for $550.

Flight dates vary depending on the route but range from mid-july 2022 to late February 2023.

The airline is also marking the occasion with a selection of signature drinks based on top local and international destinations. Designed to resemble the flavours of Bali, the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Queenstown, the Seltzers were crafted by Melbourne company, Hop Nation.

The Bali flavour invokes Rambutan and soursop; Gold Coast is based on coconut, fairy floss and sea salt; and Queenstown tastes like mulled wine, cloves and cinnamon. The special Melbourne brew was based on a deconstructed cafe latte.
