Vote for inclusion

AT the coming election it’s time to consider voting for candidates who support the Rainbow Family in our community.

In particular young transgender people and their parents and other family and friends deserve complete and unconditional support by our politicians.

It’s time to acknowledge gender and sexuality diversity and identity and the whole range of social diversity that exists in Australia. And put behind us the divisive mistakes of the past.

Race, religion, age, sexuality, gender, disability and other lifestyles and beliefs have divided society in the past and these divisions do not work. Cohesive, inclusive approaches built upon respect and kindness do work.

The most valuable members of parliament are those who through their total acceptance, kindness and respect lead the community to total inclusion.
