Airbnb Adventure collection

Accomodation and travel disrupter, Airbnb, has shaken up the travel world once again with the introduction of Airbnb Adventures, a collection of “bucket listworthy” multi day experiences hosted by a range of local experts.

Building on the brand’s existing Airbnb Experiences platform, the new Adventures arm currently offers more than 200 experiences on its online portal, with the business stating it plans to add more by the end of the year.

Highlights of the collection include the chance to camp on the side of a cliff in Colorado, trek deep into the Amazon Jungle, the opportunity to help conservation professionals conduct field work with the lions in Africa, and follow in the footsteps of Indiana Jones on a seven-day hike through the desert landscapes of Jordan. For those who prefer to enjoy pushing themselves to the limit on the sea, Airbnb Adventures also offers a four-day kayaking journey around the Swedish islands, where guests paddle through a maze of tiny, barren islands filled with bird sanctuaries and surreal landscapes.
