Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings

(NCLH) has undergone a major restructure to its Asia Pacific operations across all three of its brands, announcing four prominent appointments into newly created executive positions.

Ben Angell has been made General Manager, Australia and New Zealand, Norwegian Cruise Line. Reporting into Angell will be Vice President Sales Nicole Costantin, as well as Damian Borg, Senior Manager National Accounts, and Michelle Wiederman, Senior Marketing Manager. Lisa Pile has been made the new Vice President, General Manager, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Australia and NZ, where she will oversee a new Director of Sales and Matthew Vince, Senior Marketing Manager Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and Business Development

Executive Angela Tobeck.

Jason Worth has been appointed Vice

President, General Manager, Oceania Cruises, Australia and New Zealand, who Vince will also report to in his dual brand role. Felix Chan has been named as Vice President, General Manager for all three brands in Asia, and will be in change of the Marketing Director Asia and as well as NCLH leadership groups in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo. The restructure has also seen the departure of Vice President Sales Oceania Cruises Steve Mclaughlin.

According to Angell, the reshuffle would help facilitate the cruise line’s growth in the local market.

“These new appointments will ensure we can meet increased demand head on, take a bigger share of the Australia and New Zealand cruise sector and benefit from NCL’S upcoming fleet expansion,” he said.
