Melanie Whyte, a Devonport, Tasmania-based Travelmanagers member, took out this year’s Avis Travel Agent Scholarship, with the announcement made at a gala dinner at Sydney’s Park Hyatt hotel following a day of judging. Whyte, pictured above right, was selected from among five finalists this year including Charlotte Chalman, House of Travel

NZ; Jen Lloyd from Savenio; Ben Ogden of CWT; and Natalie Morgan of Phil Hoffmann Travel.
