Hôtel de Paris MonteCarlo turns a new pa ge

-

Monaco’s iconic five-star hotel, Hotel de Paris Monte-carlo, started a new chapter this year after completing a four-year, multimillion-dollar renovation program.

Additions and enhancements included refreshing its interior spaces and bedrooms, opening of the Prince Rainier II Suite, the debut of ÔMER, a new concept by Alain Ducasse, a new garden courtyard and a lush wellness area.

Indoor areas have been redone with more contemporary and greener spaces, while the expansive wellness area provides guests with 370m2 of indoor spaces and 490m2 of outdoor spaces, a terrace, swimming pool and loungers, steam room, sauna, fitness room and bar/lounge area.

The hotel’s fresh addition of the Prince Rainier II Suite is the largest suite in hotel stretching across 525m2 and with more indoor space than any other room.

Guests staying in the suite are treated to their own steam shower and sauna, private bar in the lounge, an office space and a 135m2 terrace complete with an infinity pool with wave system.

Hungry travellers can get their fill at ÔMER, Mediterranean creations by Alain Ducasse, the second location for the esteemed chef in the Principality, who also operates Le Louis XV located at the hotel.

ÔMER overlooks the hotel gardens and serves a menu inspired by a diversity of Mediterranean influences, with a focus on sharing.

The menu includes flavours and tastes from Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, Morocco, and Tunisia – with a hint of the Hispanic, Nice or Maltese shores.
