For inquisitiv­e minds embarking on a voyage of discovery, this itinerary offers a host of options to broaden their experience­s.

Starting with a choice between a tour of the world’s largest floodprote­ction system, and the technology behind it, at the Delta Works, or a visit to a family-owned oyster farm where the guests can sample the oysters and lobster, accompanie­d by a glass of wine.

A guided tour of Graffiti Street in Ghent, where artists have free-reign to spray murals, will provide passengers with the chance to make their own mark on the city, before travelling to the Belgian capital to discover the art of chocolate-making and indulging in a cup of the world’s finest hot-chocolate.
