CMV no more

CRUISE and Maritime Voyages (CMV) has succumbed to the pressures of the pandemic, ceasing trading worldwide and appointing administrators in the UK.

The cruise line had hoped to secure additional funding to keep the company afloat and weather the storm brought on by COVID-19, but to no avail. “We just could not get the financing deal over the line in time to save this wonderful business,” said CMV CEO Christian Verhounig.
