HLO in­bound, whole­sale strong

HEL­LOWORLD Travel’s whole­sale and in­bound busi­nesses are “con­tin­u­ing to de­liver on key cus­tomer and sup­plier ini­tia­tives,” ac­cord­ing to the com­pany’s re­sults an­nounce­ment this morn­ing.

In­bound is ex­pe­ri­enc­ing strong de­mand from tra­di­tional mar­kets in­clud­ing UK, Europe and the US, along with in­creas­ing de­mand from newer mar­kets in Asia.

China FIT travel plat­forms per­formed strongly dur­ing the year, with more growth ex­pected in FY19, the re­port said.

An ex­panded whole­sale range was in­tro­duced in FY18, with the ad­di­tion of the Maldives, Dis­ney Magic, Wed­dings & Honey­moons and Unique Rail Jour­neys.

Hel­loworld also ben­e­fited from the strong cruise mar­ket via the in­te­gra­tion of Seven Oceans Cruis­ing, ac­quired in the prior year, with The Cruise Team.
