WA tar­gets Syd/Mel

TOURISM WA has launched a new mar­ket­ing cam­paign that will serve to high­light the state’s “nat­u­ral at­trac­tions and vi­brant fes­ti­val sea­son” to res­i­dents in Mel­bourne and Syd­ney.

Ti­tled “Sum­mer is the Great­est Show in Perth”, the push will show­case WA’s beaches, at­trac­tions, nightlife and events such as the Fringe World Fes­ti­val and the Perth Fes­ti­val.

“This ad­ver­tis­ing cam­paign will build on the mo­men­tum of the Ho­tel Perth cam­paign to con­tinue to pro­mote our city as a de­sir­able, af­ford­able and qual­ity hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion to an east coast au­di­ence,” said WA Tourism Min­is­ter Paul Pa­palia.

The mul­ti­chan­nel cam­paign will run through­out Nov.
