Qan­tas new ser­vices

QAN­TAS has an­nounced next year it will be in­tro­duc­ing a num­ber of changes to its Qan­tas Agency Con­nect ser­vice.

Among the up­dates will be a new form for agents to sub­mit ticket re­quests, and from Mar 2019 Qan­tas will also in­tro­duce a $60 fee for select tele­phone and email ser­vices per­formed by Qan­tas Agency Con­nect and Qan­tas Group teams.

Agents will still be able to process many ser­vices on­line with no ser­vice fee charge.

A webchat ser­vice will launch in 2019 to help agents with the Qan­tas Agent Con­nect changes.

The up­dates fol­low new ser­vices launched this week such as the abil­ity to make a re­quest to cor­rect names on book­ings con­tain­ing a code­share or in­ter­line flight, as well as a new man­age pass­words fea­ture al­low­ing agents to re­set and change their own pass­words.
