Lizard Island appts

LIZARD Island luxury resort has appointed Paul Papanicolaou to the role of General Manager.

Papanicolaou has previously held the roles of General Manager at Surfers Paradise Marriot Resort, as well as a GM position at Saudi Arabia’s Movenpick Resort.

The Great Barrier Reef resort has also appointed Mark Penna to the role of Executive Chef where he will lead the dining team at Saltwater Restaurant.

He previously worked at Aria in Brisbane.
