FRED. Olsen Cruise Lines broke a record on 09 Oct when Brae­mar be­came the largest ship to ever sail through the Corinth Canal, the wa­ter­way that di­vides the Greek main­land from the Pelo­pon­nese.

The 195.8m-long & 22.52m-wide ves­sel had 929 guests on board when it jour­neyed through the 6.4km canal, which is only 24m-wide at its nar­row­est point.
