Raf­fles marks re­turn

RAF­FLES in Sin­ga­pore has of­fi­cially marked its re­turn (TD 02 Aug) with a tra­di­tional lion dance rit­ual, a com­mem­o­ra­tive rib­bon cut­ting cer­e­mony and The Raf­fles Re­open­ing Fes­ti­val.

The fes­tiv­i­ties in­cluded per­for­mances by lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional acts, unique suite ac­tiv­i­ties and cu­rated culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ences pre­sented all around the prop­erty.

Raf­fles Ho­tel Sin­ga­pore will be do­nat­ing the pro­ceeds raised from the $300 per per­son event to non-profit or­gan­i­sa­tion Com­mu­nity Chest Sin­ga­pore, which ben­e­fits about 80 char­i­ties.
