Sher­a­ton’s Grand buf­fet

SHER­A­TON Grand Syd­ney Hyde Park on Sun show­cased its fab­u­lous Feast buf­fet to the in­dus­try, with the CBD prop­erty ex­pand­ing the of­fer­ing this year to serve Christ­mas Day lunch in the first-floor restau­rant as well as the Grand Ball­room and the en­tire sec­ond floor of the ho­tel.

The fes­tive brunch started in The Con­ser­va­tory Bar with wel­come drinks and a graz­ing ta­ble, be­fore mov­ing into Feast for the full buf­fet ex­pe­ri­ence rang­ing all the way from lav­ish moun­tains of seafood, tur­key, honey glazed ham and bush mar­i­nated lamb through to Nutella pan­cakes, mince pies and of course Christ­mas pud­ding.

This Christ­mas the ho­tel is also of­fer­ing to help lo­cals cel­e­brate at home with­out the stress, via a take-away ser­vice dur­ing Dec which in­cludes a gourmet roast tur­key or glazed ham which can be pre­pared by the Sher­a­ton Grand chefs with just 48 hours no­tice - or­der on 02 9286 6000.
