TRI­PAD­VI­SOR has con­tin­ued its re­cent phase of ac­qui­si­tions by pur­chas­ing menu man­age­ment com­pany Sin­glePlat­form from En­durance In­ter­na­tional Group for US$51 mil­lion.

The com­pany works with restau­rants to pub­lish menus and other key info like busi­ness names and open­ing hours on ma­jor search hubs such as Face­book and Google.

Pur­chas­ing Sin­glePlat­form will al­low Tri­pAd­vi­sor to of­fer a more ad­vanced menu in­te­gra­tion to help din­ers search­ing on Tri­pAd­vi­sor for restau­rants and will also ex­pand its dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing suite for restau­rants.
