CHOICE Ho­tels has in­tro­duced a new mid­scale ex­tended-stay brand which aims to “em­power guests’ suc­cess on the road”.

Called Ever­home Suites, the brand will of­fer apart­mentstyle ac­com­mo­da­tion that al­low trav­ellers to “adapt their en­vi­ron­ment to the way they live and work dur­ing longer-term stays,” Choice said.

The com­pany marked the launch by break­ing ground on the first ho­tel ex­pected to dis­play the brand, in Corona, Cal­i­for­nia.

Choice also an­nounced mul­tiu­nit de­vel­op­ment agree­ments for 13 ho­tels in the Austin, Texas and Los An­ge­les mar­kets which are an­tic­i­pated to adopt the Ever­home Suites brand.

“Our tar­get guest is driven to be suc­cess­ful per­son­ally and pro­fes­sion­ally, and we de­signed Ever­home Suites to em­power them to live and work more ef­fi­ciently on the road so they can tackle what­ever comes next,” Choice Ho­tels VP Brand Strat­egy and Op­er­a­tions, Ex­tended Stay, Anna Scoz­zafava.

Ever­home Suites will of­fer stu­dio and one-bed­room apart­ment-style lay­outs with a rolline, vari­able height work­sta­tion, sull-sized closet and bath­rooms with am­ple counter space & high-qual­ity fixtures.

There will also be fully equipped kitchens and pub­lic spa­ces in­clud­ing mul­ti­pur­pose lobby ar­eas, fit­ness cen­tres, busi­ness cen­tres with print­ing ca­pa­bil­ity, li­braries, guest laun­dry fa­cil­i­ties and 24/7 self-ser­vice mar­ket­places.

The first Ever­home Suites ho­tel is ex­pected to open in 2021.
