NZ support push

THE New Zealand business events sector is urging the Government to provide further financial support for the industry, after the country moved to Level 2 restrictions for regions outside of Auckland this week.

Business Events Industry Aotearoa CEO Lisa Hopkins said the changes had halved venue capacity to just 50, particularly frustrating operators in the South Island where there is no sign of the Delta variant.
